Here are a few things we learned this week:
In math we:
-Had a check-in on Friday and they all did great!
-Reviewed our unit for the test on Friday
In reading we:
-Discussed retelling a story using transition words,
characters, and main idea
In writing we:
-Throughout the week we met to discuss pieces of writing
the boys and girls would like to publish in their books
-On Friday we published our pieces into our writing book
In Fundations we:
-Learned about the suffix -s
-We also introduced these sight words: do, does, have,
from
We also learned Thanksgiving and what we are thankful
for.
