At school this week we:

Had Dr. Ribeiro into our class to
talk about attributes of 3D shapes!

Read a few stories about Hanukkah
and Christmas
·
Made a menorah
·
Reviewed numbers 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10
during our Number of the Day
·
Worked on our beginning and ending
sounds
·
Made patterns
·
Read The Grinch and then wrote about
how the boys and girls would make him smile
·
Earned all of our marbles!! So the
boys and girls were able to watch The Grinch movie!
·
Worked on a Christmas counting book
Ask your child what else they
learned. Due to a short week next week we will not be introducing new
sight words or Fundations letters.
